A simple breakfast recipe I can't believe we hadn't thought of before: oatmeal cooked with cinnamon apples, hemp, chia and protein.

Combine chopped apples, water and salt in a large pot and heat on high. Boil apples until they begin to soften. Reduce heat to low. Add oatmeal, hemp seeds, chia seeds, protein, butter and cinnamon. Stir continuously while oatmeal cooks. Add extra water if needed for desired consistency. Add a splash of milk (or alternative) for extra creaminess. Enjoy!
