Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sourdough discard
• Glug of olive oil
• 1/4 cup nutritional yeast or finely shredded Parmesan cheese
• Dash of salt
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Using a rubber spatula spread the mixture in a thin layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

Score with pizza cutter to create cracker shapes.

Bake another 15-20 minutes.

Let cool and cut into crackers.
